Lifetime Powertrain/Engine and that includes the tranny. Anything not bolted on or inside (with some exclusions) is covered and you have to be the orig owner. It's the ONLY thing that's keeping mine in the driveway. And like you, it might just be my last Jeep. No use for a wrangler as a everyday driver and sorry, compass/patriot/Cherokee wouldn't be my first choice if I wanted something to drive on gravel roads.
