Does anyone else have this problem??? After my rear windshield wiper is turned off it doesn't return to the notched position. It goes to the right spot but it is on the outside of the little notched area and I have to physically move it there by hand each time. Is there a fix for this?

It sounds like someone took off the arm and didn't put it back on in the same place. Take it off and rotate it to the left just a tiny bit. If that isn't enough do it again.

Yep I'd agree with that. But in the interest of comic relief, we're not talking about this kind of rear wiper, are we?

Sorry I just read another thread about greasing your rear end... It's one of those nights!

Thanks Fulltimer, I'll try that fix. And KeswickDave, I don't think that will stay on the wiper arm would it? I know
it wouldn't clean the enitre back window good enough anyway.

I did the re-index thing and this worked for me (so that the wiper actually makes contact with the glass) but the blade itself looks ancient!

When I looked at the adapter (2004 Jeep Liberty Limited) I did not notice that it looked that different (the plastic just started crumbling in my hands but I saved it). These are difficult blades to find but is it necessary to go to the dealer for a 2004 Limited? Can anyone confirm that?

The blade wipers refills are easy enough to find, the whole blade I dunno-- I got new blades for the front from the dealer.

The rear wiper blade refills (snap to fit) that I used for the rear are:
