The Jeep dealer I went to in Sandy, UT (Larry Miller) was super-awesome (at least their service dept). They were very good at explaining things to you and if you did need a repair, the always presented a "good, better, best" scenario. They seemed to be honest to a fault.
When JL Audio decided they did not need me anymore, I had to move back to FL. While the corporate card still was active I told them to go over the Jeep with a fine-tooth comb and fix ANYTHING they find. Essentially, I gave them a blank check. They came back to me in 1 hour and told me that they only thing they could find was the fuel filter is close but not for another 3K miles. I told them to replace it because by the time I got to FL it will be time (better JL pay for it then me).
Just last week I go to the local Jeep dealer for oil change and they tell me that the fuel filter is still the original filter from 06. I told them that it's only 3K miles old and no thanks. The guy said "oh, well with all the off-roading you're doing, it makes it look older than it is". I mean really, filters are repalced based on cosmetics? Sheesh
