Hi everyone!!!!!
Location: Indianapolis area
Age: 61
What do I do: RN
How much did I pay: $23K otd
Additional info: This is my first Jeep. I've always been in love with Jeeps, till I now finally decided to buy one. Have had Toyota's, Honda's, and Mazda's...which have all been good to me.
I continue to cross my fingers that this new Liberty will also be a good choice. Have had some problems with it, but all have been fixed under warranty so far. Still want to get some new AT tires for it, as I hate the Goodyear Wranglers. Hoping to be able to get through the first winter with it before I buy new ones!
Im sure that you will be happy with your choice: Ive had A LOT of chrysler vehicles and all I can tell you is that the assembly process of these cars is not very good (quality wise speaking) it takes a few visits to your dealership to "fine tune" your car.
It took me about a year to fine tune my charger.... the dealer replaced (under warranty) the following:
Right headlight assembly
Front Wheel (the paint of the wheel started to peel off, just like that)
all 4 tires (turns out that my car had "squared" tires)
Body control module
DASHBOARD (the original dashboard started growing "pimples" (air bubbles) all over it
Passenger seat (rattles all over the seat so they decided to change it)
Stereo (stupid dealer damaged my stereo when they were changing the dashboard)
3rd brake light (literally fell apart)
Sunroof frame (The assembly line "FORGOT" to set the sunroof frame down so I had nuts and bolts all over the roof's headliner)
so there you go... and we are talking about a 2006 charger RT! I guess it happens with new cars.
after all of these bugs were solved I couldn't be happier with my car
So I hope everything works out for you Silverfox! =)
