Yeah, it's also sometimes called penetration testing. Your exactly right, I do security assessments of networks to point out the vulnerabilities, and provide mitigation strategies. I'm a Mac guy too (switch a couple of years ago), but was a Dos/Windows/Linux guy for many years. Funny thing is, most network security researchers (ethical hackers) use Mac's, but I won't get into the Mac vs Pc debate. :)

What I do: post on forums when I should be RF tech-ing and engineering!
How much I paid: Well, I ordered my limited on halloween 2007 with everything but the awd system, sky slider and chrome wheels, so I paid the full 30. One year and 15000 miles later and it was worth every penny!

I also dump money into my 05 R6 and 79 Camaro.

As a note, it was awesome to wheel in the pine barrens with a 3 month old jeep and have people ask if I was test driving it!

This is my first Jeep and I really do love it. I had 79 Bronco when I was in military that I four-wheeled in the deserts of California. I've lived in New York for about 17 years, unfortunately. Born and raised in Idaho, but spent 20 years in the Submarine Service, US Navy and couldn't find my kind of work in Idaho at the time I retired. Will jump on the next job position that will get out of Northeast.

I shudder to think! It's a lease but we might end up keeping it, depending what's left of Chrysler by the time the lease is up. I do know that by the time you buy the Limited in Canada with everything but the Sky Slider, plus the extended warranty, plus taxes, plus this, plus that... you'll be north of $600/mo. So you know I have to love my vehicle! ;)

Additional info:
Bought in in Feb/08 so we haven't really had it a full winter yet. Was a little afraid to push it too much last year - but this year I plan to get out and do more driving.

This is our first Jeep, last vehicle was a Buick Regal so it's definitely been a change for us. My wife had always wanted a Wrangler but we chose luxury over a slightly cooler vehicle and we've been happy. No leaks, no problems, other than a MyGig with a mind of its own now and then.

My wife is a Texan gal from the Hill Country so we'll be driving to visit the out-laws, I mean in-laws, to really put the Libby through its paces. Jeeps just do not get a workout on the prairies!

Hi everyone!!!!!

Location: Indianapolis area

Age: 61

What do I do: RN

How much did I pay: $23K otd

Additional info: This is my first Jeep. I've always been in love with Jeeps, till I now finally decided to buy one. Have had Toyota's, Honda's, and Mazda's...which have all been good to me.
I continue to cross my fingers that this new Liberty will also be a good choice. Have had some problems with it, but all have been fixed under warranty so far. Still want to get some new AT tires for it, as I hate the Goodyear Wranglers. Hoping to be able to get through the first winter with it before I buy new ones!

Im sure that you will be happy with your choice: Ive had A LOT of chrysler vehicles and all I can tell you is that the assembly process of these cars is not very good (quality wise speaking) it takes a few visits to your dealership to "fine tune" your car.
It took me about a year to fine tune my charger.... the dealer replaced (under warranty) the following:

Right headlight assembly
Front Wheel (the paint of the wheel started to peel off, just like that)
all 4 tires (turns out that my car had "squared" tires)
Body control module
DASHBOARD (the original dashboard started growing "pimples" (air bubbles) all over it
Passenger seat (rattles all over the seat so they decided to change it)
Stereo (stupid dealer damaged my stereo when they were changing the dashboard)
3rd brake light (literally fell apart)
Sunroof frame (The assembly line "FORGOT" to set the sunroof frame down so I had nuts and bolts all over the roof's headliner)

so there you go... and we are talking about a 2006 charger RT! I guess it happens with new cars.
after all of these bugs were solved I couldn't be happier with my car

So I hope everything works out for you Silverfox! =)

Yup... apparently chargers had an issue with stock tires... Im going to quote a post from chargerforums:

"my .02.

i JUST went through this.

tires, for the most part can be a little hard to figure out. my experiance has been balance shimmy occurs around 45mph.

tire deformity (my problem on the charger) was 70 to 80. it took 6 NEW tires to get a "round" one.

tre and pitman arms can be a factor, but i really dont like goodyear."

and yeah... I loved that HEMI!  [/i]

Hey Hey!

Name / age: Jean-Paul (JP) and I'm 25

Occupation: Operations Manager / Full time student working toward PhD in Child Psych

Paid: $26k otd...... I ordered it in October of 2007 and lost a little on my KJ so I'm a little higher than most I guess, no biggie.

Other info: This is my 2nd Jeep, and 2nd SUV. I have always had sports cars. I had the KJ Renegade beforeI love my Jeep and need the 4X4 for the beach. This is my favorite car so far, I wish it had a little more speed but I think they did a great job with it this year.

More like how much will I pay.. not currently a KK owner, but should be before too long. Looking for a Limited 4x4 w/sunroof, 17s, etc.

Additional info:
Former Liberty owner, sold my 02 KJ for a Z71. I'm on my 4th Z71 and can't seem to quit the Silverados, but plan to pick up a KK for a daily driver when my Silverado is paid off.

I'm an avid outdoorsman--love hunting, fishing, camping, anything outdoors. 4wheelers and anything 4WD are awesome, too. I'm into photography and also train Labrador Retrievers to be duck dogs.

One of these day's maybe I'll be able to talk about MY KK instead of just reading about all of ya'lls!
