The lift install went very smoothly. We then, um, celebrated our success in a liquid way...
Upon returning home some hours later, I discovered that my (un)trusty TW broadband connection was not in a good mood, and could not access the 'net.

.
So, upon getting out of bed to conduct whatever business those of us who wake up in the middle of the night to conduct, I can finally sign on. yea!
- I did forget my camera after all and I only have cell phone pics -
Here we are at my buddies home workshop. 60' x 100' with an 11,000 # lift!
Some other projects in the works:
tearing in:
rear = easy:
rear still on lift:
Front still on lift:
Rear on ground:
front on ground:
3/4 view:
Finally backed it out, getting dark, crappy front view:
All in all, It is up about 4" from wheel center line to flare due to my crappy & sagging front stock springs. I expect to lose some of that with settling. There is zero contact anywhere with no trimming, although we just used the lift picking up on various corners & I have not been off-road.
The lift is OME 927's with the little spacer place on top ( not the OTT ) with Rancho's and a rear spacer. I can easily upgrade to rear springs later. The rolling stock is 245/75/r16 MT/R's on stock steel wheels.
The ride home was smooth and uneventful. I cannot get the alignment for another day, but I do not expect any issues as it looks & drives fine the way it is. The maiden voyage was a 35 mile drive home at highway speeds & zero drama.
All in all, I should have done this a year ago.....
