No idea dude
a majority of my drives that exclude city are 140mi one way's and usually I get there, do what i need to do, turn around and drive back with no city driving. I've done it several dozen times and set cruise at 65, 70 and 75 for both legs a few times a piece, then did it again with different brand of gas and came to the conclusion that I'm better off doin 65 no matter what brand or octane level between 87 and 89, even tried 93 and it just seemed to make it worse.
at 75 i was getting 14mpg on shell 13 on kanga/bp 70 averaged about 16mpg on either and 65 put it on the verge of 20
I think the differences for ours may be the upgrades you listed plus I've got the lightbar and obtrusive rack and a 4 foot whip and a transfer case to slosh around
It runs 70+ like a bat out of hell it just hits me in the wallet when I get where I'm going. I stopped testing the cruise at 75-78, I was burning over half a tank each leg which kinda sorta blows since 70% of the trip is a 70mph zone so I end up runnin with the rigs in the right lanes, due to the hills they rarely make it to 70 and yes I do get a little extra mpg during the day running with them do to less air resistance from time to time but over half of the trips doin 65 were at 2-3 AM and there was not a soul around and it produced the same benefits in mpg
I think it depends on the particular vehicle and road types
