As for Swamp thing, His were an inch wider. I'm thinking 10.50's. I can move the rear axle a little if I need to. I'd hate to have to do that though. I think with the 4" lift they would fit well. I agree that 4.10's (or bigger) would be advisable.
I know it doesn't sound like a lot of difference between 10.5's and 11.50. But it might make a difference.

On the cut down d30, I'll weld up whatever brackets I need. I have a plasma cutter and a welder. Sure it may not work, but I don't think anyone has ever really tried it. So it's worth it just to try it. What could it hurt? D30's are dirt cheap. And if I could cut them down and make them work, I bet there is a big market for them. Everyone hates the D30A, but a SFA is out of the reach of 80% of the members on here, even with Marty's pending kit. So I'll try and I'll probably fail and it'll cost me less than $200. I spent that much taking the family out to eat twice this weekend
