For my front Frankenlift I used Teraflex front bumpstops. I ordered them from Jeepin'ByAl... They were super easy to change...Pull the stockers off and push the new, longer Teraflex bumpstops in. I read somewhere that some grease on the new bumpstops would help them go into the cups; and also that a 2X4 could be used as a lever to help push them into place...I greased the Teraflex bumpstops lightly and then used a SHOVEL (round nose, rounded side facing up, wedged between the coils of the front springs) to help lever them into place. For rear bumpstops is bought a large, cheap, rubber mallet. I cut the wooden handle off of the mallet, then I cut the rubber mallet head in two right along the mold line using a hack saw. I drilled a hole through each half of the mallet head and ran a stainless steel bolt through each mallet head half. I placed a stainless steel washer under the head of the bolts and counter sunk the washers into each mallet head half with the appropriately sized drill bit. I then drilled a hole for the stainless steel bolt to pass through the lower spring seat, and secured it using an appropriately sized stainless steel washer and stainless nylock nut. If I'm not mistaken the length on the bolt was three inches, and the diameter of the bolt head was 7/16" and the nut was 1/2", or maybe vice-versa...It's been almost a year since I did that. You don't have to use stainless steel, or a nylon lock nut, or even washers, but it was worth the extra $1.25, in my opinon.
