Yep. I did it.
Here are all of the parts. THis pic has my old blown Ranch RSX17505 shocks in it. I replaced them with Bilstein BE5-D916 when I actually assembled it.
Inventory with estimated retail prices ( got better deals waiting around and buying used):
2 - OME 927 Springs - $160
2 - Bilstein BE5-D916 front shocks - $200
4 - OEM front spring isolators - free
2 - Daystar top plates from my old lift - $62
2 - 1/4" plastic top iso spacers (to go between the top isolator and the Daystar top plate)
2 - 1/2" plastic bottom spacers (to go between the bottom isolator and the shock plate/disk) - $50 for all 4
6 - conduit nuts (found out I didn't need them)

DIY Price : $470

And I had to remove the conduit nuts from this assembly. They made it TOO tall.
Final Result: 24" from center of hub to fender.
Yay! It worked! I will post pics tomorrow. Was too dark when I finished tonight. I have the Pre-runner look right now, because I have Frankie up front and standard Daystar out back...
