Got my electric fan working the way it should after I replaced the bad relay.
After replacing the bad electric fan relay, I now have another AC headache. The AC works great and all the pressures are to spec, but after 15 min of driving the temp out the vents goes up from 40F - 45F and starts blowing 70f to 80f air and the compressor stops running. I checked the low pressure switch and even jumpered it out and it makes no difference. Tested the ground on low pressure switch with my test light and it is good. Touched the low pressure lead that goes to the ECM and the AC compressor came on as it should. Tested Low pressure switch with ohm meter and it had continuity.
My AC pressure transducer may be faulty or my ambient temp sensor that goes to the BCM might be bad. The 06KJFSM shows a pressure switch with two pins in part of the manual and a three pin AC pressure Transducer in the wiring diagrams. Mine has three pins not two. Checked every fuse shown on the AC circuit in the FSM and they are all OK.

Any one have an AC Pressure Transducer or Ambient Temperature Sensor go bad?
The AC Pressure Transducer may be the problem, the electric fan runs on high all the time when the engine is running even when the AC is Shut off. I will un plug tomorrow and see if the electric fan shuts off.
I may have a blend door actuator not working properly that may explain why the AC works great for 15 min. I will check it tomorrow. Blows hot air in the hot position and same temp as outside air on cold setting, may not be the problem.
Has any one had their blend door actuator replaced?
Where is the two wire ambient temperature sensor that connects to the BCM located? Rock Auto sells it for $27.79.

You do not have a transducer(gas engine only) or ambient temp sensor in your CRD.You only have a low pressure switch(freeze control) and high pressure switch according to the '06 FSM.

The blend door uses a electric motor for movement while the mode doors are vacuum operated.

Does the HVAC system work on all settings correctly? Does the temp control work(while the A/C is blowing cold, switch to hot,hot air should start blowing, then switch back and cold air should be blowing)?

Maybe the evaporator froze up?

The evaporator had lots of time to thaw out.

A harness plug over by my experimental TCM that I wrapped up in rags instead of mounting on the bracket got knocked loose just enough to unlatch the clip :banghead: :banghead: . Yup, one of those Fricken Chrysler harness plugs that will even make some Atheists Pray just to get it unplugged, was knocked loose by the TCM wrapped up in rags bouncing around :banghead: :banghead: .
Just think what some AC Shop would have charged me for evac, recharge, low pressure switch, blend door actuator, recirc actuator, ECM, ambient temp sensor, on and on, bunch.
Goes to show when you want to experiment you better be ready to take the responsibility. Who would think a harness plug getting knocked loose can cause all the problems, but it did.
So if your AC system acts like it is possessed, reach down to the harness plugs near the TCM and push all three of the plugs back together, might cure the problem.

Oh; The relay I replaced was bad too.
