i'm surprised your LDL was high with your Trig's being that high
my guess is your trig's aren't always that high, you were just unusually lazy for a day or two or had a really big fatty meal before getting bloodwork?
I wasn't told to fast before the test,so I knocked down two strawberry&cream cheese Toaster Strudels at 5:30am,and tested at 8:30am.

No way man,I tried the vegi thing when I was round 24ish.
Ended 4 months later wit an 80 dollar buffalo loin.

I wasn't suggesting that you should be one just letting you know a reason why I'll live longer.
