I say this in the nicest way possible. Are you kidding?

Please use the search feature of the forum, read any of about 100 posts it will return, and then come back with any questions. I understand that a lift kit is a big decision for anyone, but please do your research before asking questions otherwise the forum just becomes cluttered with similar posts and members get tired of answering the same questions over and over again and the quality of those answers begins to go down.

Again, not trying to scare you off. Just please try the wonderful search tool we have.

Lol, no time wasted. I wouldnt do a spacer lift b/c it hurts the ride. I believe the full rustys lift is the best way to go.

It's not a stupid question - it is however a common question so there are many discussion topics - I'd suggest starting with Troy links

Again, I was trying to convey I did not mean that in a harsh way. I just wanted to point out that we have a lot of information here that would def. answer your questions if you looked. It's hard to point out something like that on a forum and not sound like an a$$hole. Sorry again if it came of that way.

To bad there isn't a "Lift Kit Section" by now, concidering how these questions come up over and over hundreds of times.
Sure would simplify things.

Most people here will tell you that unless the lift is mostly for looks, you'd be better off paying a little extra for a full coil lift, it'll give you better performance on and off road. If you still want a spacer lift, from what I've seen on the forums most people prefer the Daystar kit. Check out this thread as well: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=226 There's also a thread floating around somewhere listing all the lifts available for the KJ and their pros and cons. Good luck with whatever kit you choose!

EDIT: found the thread I was talkin about. It's a lot to read through, but definitely worth it if you're gonna spend the money on a lift. http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=165

I would suggest reading those threads only to get the history of the lift - they are too outdated to be of much use anymore. I wish we had a sticky for this sort of stuff.

Here's a thread I started awhile back when I was looking to list ALL the available kits and information about them
