So it's official!!! I have my jeep back with my new ARB bumper installed.
It looks great. I need to take picks and I will upload.

My questions is d-shackles.
The mounts for them on the bottom of the bumper are pretty thin and therefore the d-shackles I have flop around.
Anything out there like rubber isoloters or something to keep them steady?

Those are the exact conclusions I have been coming up with.
I was hoping there was one I was not thinking of.

Shock bushings are a good idea.
Which brand did you use?

This is what I do with mine. Has the advantage of not letting anyone swipe them, too.

Yes I have lost a couple or had them stolen, one time needed to use them and they were rusted on so now they stay with the strap under the back seat

I bought a dozen large grade 8 washers. I bought them after realizing how much noise the shackles made with nothing supporting them side to side. I made another trip to the store; they were in the bin right next to the bolts. Strangely though, six fit one shackle (three on either side), but I could only fit five washers on the other shackle. Both shackles are the same brand and rating but were purchased at different times...

I think they were old stock ones off a 90s model f250
