As some on her may already know, I have a website for dealing with older Volvo models. I have been working on getting a website (or expanding my existing site) to include parts for our CRD's. I have been working with a Mopar wholesale supplier, and I *think* I can put together some timing belt packages for a pretty darn good price. This would be every single part that would be needed to do the timing belt/water pump job with factory parts, with the exception of using a Gates timing belt and Gates accessory belt. I can add or delete some parts as needed.

Kits start at $550.00 plus shipping, and include:
OE water pump
OE tensioner
(2) OE rollers
gaskets for the water pump
Gates timing and serpentine belts

A complete kit, which includes the above items, but adds thermostat and gaskets, complete timing belt cover gasket set, would run roughly $775.00 plus shipping.

I am still working on pricing and making these parts as inexpensive as possible while using only Mopar parts, and good quality belts. I can get OE belts (though they are insane on pricing).

Hopefully I have not posted this in the incorrect place, and if so, I apologize. Any interest, folks can PM me, and I can give contact info.

Good for you Mike, we need all the suppliers we can get.

FYI: I would make the gaskets for the timing covers optional - They don't seal anything in or out other than dust, and I haven't had to replace them on any timing job I've done so far. They don't get damaged in the normal unbolting, at least as I've found so far. That might save some bucks on the kits.

Gates belts are great replacements, the OE belt is just an overpriced version of the same thing.

Yep! I can do them without the gaskets, or with or without any other parts as well. I just wanted to give examples for pricing.
