I talked to the gentleman at Linear-Logic (ScanGauge manufacturer) and he tells me he only has one report of the 'naps'. If he gets more than one report he will put the CRD on the incompatible list, otherwise, he waits.
Beyond that, he mentioned that DCX originally had so many problems with OBD II compatibility that the Feds made them do a recall to fix it. He has a number of ideas to try and fix the problem if indeed it remains. He told me that things got better with the most recent ECM flashes; evidently, Dodge has worked a few fixes in...
So - short version, if you are experiencing problems let him know and we can probably get a fix by working with them:
